Northwest Terror Fest is summoning vendors and creators with material inspired and focused on (but not limited to) metal, horror, H/C punk-adjacent, occult and pagan art, vinyl, CDs, tapes, patches, pins, clothing & accessories, jewelry, oddities, and all art media catering to the NWTF target audience and embodying the festival’s spirit and aesthetics.
Important Details
· The Metal Market is indoors and has very limited space.
· The Metal Market will be open to the public. NWTF ticket holders will be directed to the market during the event.
· Accepted vendors will be granted access to NWTF on the day of the market.
· Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.
· We have a very limited number of tables available on-premises.
· We do not allow shared tables.
· Emails regarding acceptance will be sent out after the deadline closes, no later than 11:59 PM PDT on Tuesday, February 10.
· Table fees are due no later than 11:59 PM PDT on Friday, Friday 13 via PayPal. If we don’t receive your table fee by the deadline, we will remove you from the accepted vendor list and fill your spot with someone from the waitlist.
· Table Fees are non-refundable, no exceptions.
· Detailed load-in and parking details will be emailed one month before NWTF. Load-in will involve a freight elevator.
· Load-in will begin at 12 PM PDT. Please plan to take time to find parking.
· Load-out begins at 5:45 PM PDT, no earlier.
· Load-out must be complete before 7 PM PDT, no exceptions.
· We require a cancellation notice no later than Wednesday, April 29 in order to find a replacement from the waitlist. Later cancellation will disqualify you from consideration in future Metal Markets.
· Accepted vendors will be given one official NWTF-branded marketing asset for social media purposes. Vendors will be expected to promote the event via social media. Accepted vendors will be featured in one dedicated social media post on the NWTF Instagram account and in one edition of our newsletter.
· Accepted vendors will not use duct tape or any other damaging products on the venue walls. Vendors will be responsible for any damage to Narwhal resulting from improper product use during the market, including setup and teardown.
· Unprofessional behavior may result in ejection from the market and NWTF, as well as removal from consideration for future markets.
· NWTF has a zero-tolerance policy for hateful symbology, ideology, and signaling. This policy will be enforced at NWTF’s sole discretion. Violation of this policy may result in ejection from the market and NWTF, as well as removal from consideration for future markets.
